Booking Details
Booking Confirmation: You can confirm your booking with Shikhar Adventure by paying a 20% deposit on the total trip price. This advance payment must be made three months prior to the intended arrival date. Payments can be made via bank transfer using the following information:

Non-Refundable Advance Payment: Please be aware that the 20% deposit required to confirm your booking is non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, this amount will be considered the cancellation charge.
Cancellation
- If you want to cancel your reservation, please let us know at least four weeks before the scheduled arrival date.
- If you cancel within four weeks of your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged the full advance payment as a cancellation fee.
Postponement: We recognize that situations change, and you may need to rearrange your vacation plans. You may postpone your reservation by notifying us at least four weeks before the scheduled arrival date. In such circumstances, the advance payment will be applied to the rescheduled trip without incurring any additional costs.
No-Show Policy: If you fail to come for your scheduled trip without prior warning, no refunds or credits will be issued.
