Our Story
Shikhar Adventure is a company that came into existence out of the love of our founder, Dambar Thapa, for exploration of Nepal’s rich culture and stunning landscapes. Ever since he has set foot in the tourism industry, he has pursued only one clear goal: to satisfy his thirst for adventures. In the process, he has immersed himself in every aspect of Nepal’s beauty.
With 25 years of industry experience and having made countless remarkable journeys across Nepal, Dambar has proved his perseverance and the boundless potential of the human spirit to the world. He still continues to push himself to greater limits with a single wish in his heart: to share the beauty of Nepal with the whole world.
Over the last years, as we have continued to expand further into the Nepali tourism industry, we have diligently honed our expertise through increasing efforts to ensure that we offer you nothing but our very best.
In 2018, when Shikhar Adventure was born, it was more than just a company; it was something that Dambar would be pouring his heart and soul into, and even several years later, he still continues to do so.
